Additionally, we install exterior-facing security cameras to track any unapproved visitors and address all violations immediately.

We carry our own insurance coverage for liability and damage to protect your property. In the rare event that something goes wrong, it's our responsibility to return your property in the same or even better condition than we received it in.

Yes! Our professional cleaners service the property after every stay. For extended stays, we schedule weekly deep-cleaning.

We like to use your own lease agreement for your comfort, and can sign for 2 or 3 years at a time — locking in years of passive-income for you with no risk or hassle of vacancy. The only difference is that IQ Stays will sign the lease and assume liability rather than your typical individual renter.
